About the event
Join us for this 40 day ritual practice. The winter season is meant to support our death and dying, to bring us to stillness, prior to the new life we find in spring. Thus, "the new year" season is not yet the time to create new versions of yourself, but rather to continue to allow the old ones to pass away. This practice is meant to support the release of old beliefs, emotions, and protective strategies that are no longer meant for you. Together we will clear our energetic and physical bodies (and spaces) so there is plenty of room for new life to bloom when the time is right.
